A Durable Power Supply Wherever You Need It
The Generac 7,500-Watt Generator with Electric Start is an ideal portable generator to have at home, on the job site, or wherever you need power. Its compact frame--33.5 x 26.5 x 27.5 inches (LxWxH)--is fitted with never-flat wheels and locking fold-down handles, so it can easily accompany you wherever you go. And with its hardened steel-tube cradle, this rugged generator holds up well for frequent travel, allowing you to look forward to years of operation. Plus, this model features an electric ignition for fast, easy start-up.

Thanks to its versatile design, this generator adds comfort and possibility to any situation. Use it to keep your family safe and well-equipped through unexpected blackouts, add some fun and luxury to a camping trip, or make construction jobs faster and easier.

A Low-Maintenance, High-Performance OHV Engine
Designed specifically for generators, the Generac 7,500-Watt Generator with Electric Start's heavy-duty 410-cc OHV engine boasts a host of features. An exclusive X-Torq governor maximizes the engine's performance to keep it running without stalls. And so engine components continue moving smoothly, a pressurized lubrication system sends oil directly to critical areas.

Thanks to this full-pressure lubrication system, the engine can employ an automotive-grade, spin-on oil filter that sifts out dirt and other unwanted substances. The oil filter works alongside a dual-element air filter. Together, the two keep engine performance at a maximum and maintenance at a minimum.

Plus, this generator's sturdy, eight-gallon steel tank ensures a full 11 hours of operation at a 50-percent load, letting you relax for hours of use. And with the tank's built-in fuel gauge, you can monitor fuel levels at a glance. Generac even provides you with your first supply of oil.

Plenty of Wattage to Run a Full Range of Appliances
The Generac 7,500-Watt Generator with Electric Start supplies 8,000 output watts and 10,000 maximum watts (for start-up of devices). It has an A/C voltage of 120/240 and a frequency of 60 hertz.

For unexpected blackouts, this is enough wattage to run home appliances such as security systems, computers, and electric stoves, as well as window A/C units and sump pumps. For construction and landscaping applications, it's enough to support large devices such as lawn mowers, belt sanders, and table saws. And for camping and outdoor events, it can run portable stereos, outdoor lights, and electric grills.

(Note: All appliances should be checked for actual wattage ratings.)

Safe, Quiet Operation with Overload-Protected Outlets
If security and quiet operation are important to you in a generator, then the Generac 7,500-Watt Generator with Electric Start is an ideal choice. Its four 120-volt outlets and single 120/240-volt 30 Amp twist lock outlet are circuit-breaker protected, guarding against power overloads and allowing the generator to smoothly send power to your appliances. And the low-tone muffler means the generator runs at a comfortable noise level that easily blends into the background.

This generator is backed by a two-year limited warranty.

Fram XG16 Xtended Guard Passenger Car Spin-On Oil Filter, Pack of 1 Feature

  • Designed for longer change intervals
  • 70% more capacity versus leading competitors' average
  • Performs at 96% Single Pass Efficiency (SPE)
  • Synthetic blend media backed by a metal screen for uniform pleating, durability and optimum oil flow
  • Long-life silicone anti-drainback valve

Fram XG16 Xtended Guard Passenger Car Spin-On Oil Filter, Pack of 1 Overview

Oil that lubricates and cools the engine is picked up by the engine's oil pump, cleaned by the oil filter, and reused. It is vital that any dirt or contamination picked up by the circulating oil be removed before it is pumped back into the engine.

Fram XG16 Xtended Guard Passenger Car Spin-On Oil Filter, Pack of 1 Specifications

The FRAM Xtended Guard Oil Filter is designed to keep your engine clean under the most extreme of conditions. The filter utilizes a cellulose/synthetic filter media blend, layered in two plies and separated by a metal screen. Along with its anti-drainback valve, which holds a reserve of oil in the filter to help protect the engine during startups, this feature allows the Xtended Guard Oil Filter to reach a 97% dirt trapping efficiency rating and deliver up to 10,000 miles of engine protection. Additional features include easy installation and the non-slip Sure Grip outer shell, guaranteed to stay in-hand in even the most slippery of conditions.

Ultimate Engine Protection

Advanced features built into the FRAM Xtended Guard oil filter allow for ultimate engine protection, regardless of how tough the conditions. First, there is its filter media. Cellulose is the most commonly used filter material utilized in oil filters. The strength of this natural material is that it presents a random and irregular field of fibers to motor oil, trapping dirt, yet allowing oil to pass though. But as good a filtering agent as cellulose is, by itself, on average cellulose can only deliver about 80% dirt-trapping efficiency. Like many FRAM oil filters the Xtended Guard oil filter improves on the strengths of cellulose by blending it with microscopic glass synthetic fibers. Together this composite filtering media creates small windows that are able to trap the smaller dirt particles missed by other oil filters, without affecting the flow of oil. The Xtended Guard oil filter then sets itself even further apart from the competition by arranging these media in two plies built into the filter and reinforced with a metal screen. This allows it to trap and hold more than double the dirt of leading economy oil filter brands' average and achieve 97% dirt trapping efficiency.

In addition to filtering media designed to protect engines while they run, the FRAM Xtended Guard oil filter also works to protect your engine when the your car is idle via its built-in silicone anti-drainback valve. Designed to hold a reserve of oil in the filter, this features helps protect the engine during startups by allowing the engine access clean, filtered oil at a time when its components may be lacking it, and need it most.

Quick and Easy Installation with "Sure Grip"

The FRAM Xtended Guard Oil Filter utilizes the FRAM exclusive no-slip Sure Grip feature. This textured application to the top of the filter makes it much easier to grip during installation and removal - even with oily hands. Steps for installation of the FRAM Xtended Guard Oil Filter are simple and include:

  • Apply film of clean oil to filter gasket. Do not use grease.
  • Screw new filter on until gasket reaches base. Then tighten according to instructions on filter using tightening guide markers.
  • Add oil to "full" on dipstick. Idle engine for five minutes and check for leaks.

Warranty

FRAM filters are warranted against defects in design, materials and workmanship. New vehicle warranties remain in effect when FRAM filters are installed according to directions on FRAM filter packaging and replaced at least as often as vehicle manufacturer's recommended change intervals.

About FRAM

Today FRAM is known as America's number one oil filter brand, and the FRAM team continues to manufacture and market a variety of quality oil, air and fuel filters, as well as many automotive accessories such as PCV valves, crankcase filters and transmission modulators.

1. VS LEADING ECONOMY FILTERS' AVERAGE. FRAM Engine Protection ratings are based on multiplying an oil filter's dirt-trapping efficiency by its dirt-holding capacity.
2. Honeywell testing of filter efficiency and capacity of models equivalent to PH8A, 3387A and 6607 under ISO 4548-12 for particles > 20 microns. Engine protection is the FRAM measure of a filter's ability to not just trap dirt but hold it for the life of the filter.
3. Honeywell testing of filter efficiency (using FRAM XG3387A and XG8A average) and dirt holding capacity (using XG8A average only) and their leading economy filter equivalents under ISO 4548-12 for particles > 20 microns.
4. Follow recommended change intervals as noted in your vehicle's owner's manual. 10,000-mile change interval under normal driving conditions using fully synthetic motor oil.

* Note: All FRAM filters are compatible with all the oil types listed.

Does Running Your Car's Air Conditioner really work on Gas Mileage

When it gets warm outside, your air conditioner becomes your best friend. This is most without fail true in your car, where temperatures can sky rocket to 170 degrees under direct sunlight. But most population these days are under the impression that the more you run your air conditioner the more gas your car will guzzle. Now that gas prices are higher than the cost to eat at McDonald's, population are beginning to take precautions and do what they can to help with their cars fuel economy. The assumption that running your air conditioner burns way more gas is somewhat untrue. Leaving your air conditioner off makes barely any variation in the estimate of gas you burn. With the coming of modern, more fuel sufficient cars, this myth is busted!

The air conditioner draws its power from the machine which uses some gas, but with today's cars, this use of gas is minute. The air conditioner can decrease the fuel cheaper of your car up to 20% in some vehicles, but it depends on the type. Driving with the air conditioner is more fuel sufficient than driving with the windows down. Driving with the windows down creates drag which means that your machine has to work harder to keep your car at the current speed; this burns more gas than if you just ran your air conditioner.

Oil Filter Chart

In the long run, using your air conditioner is far good than any other means of cooling yourself off in the car, unless you're driving in traffic. When you drive in traffic you aren't going very fast so the drag on the car is minimal. In these cases, you burn more fuel running the air conditioner than having the windows down. That makes sense. When you drive on the highway you can use either the air conditioner or the "window down" formula to cool yourself, because, honestly, there is no noticeable variation in gas usage at those speeds.

Here are some tips about you and the heat in your car. Before you get into a hot car, roll down the windows and let it air out. There is nothing worse than getting into a hot car, sitting on a lava hot seat, touching a super hot steering wheel, and breathing stuffy super heated air. Your car needs some time to cool down for itself and for you. Once you believe it is cool sufficient to surely sit on the seat, turn on the car and run the air conditioner on recirculation. This will help the car cool down much quicker, and you can be on the road fast without sacrificing a layer of your high-priced skin.

So now that you know the air conditioner can be your fuel sufficient friend, maybe you won't be so quick to turn it off or ignore it in favor off putting the windows down and choking on bugs. The air conditioner in your car burns much less gas than your window method, so give your air conditioner a chance and be cool in the heat.

Briggs 18 HP Twin Opposed first run

Briggs 18 HP Twin Opposed first run Tube. Duration : 0.82 Mins.

This is the first startup of my recently acquired-from-the-junkyard Briggs opposed twin. It's the 18 hp horizontal shaft model. It was out of a craftsman lawn tractor I found laying upside down. After a ridiculous amount of time spent scraping carbon depsits and oil gunk out of the upper cylinders and an oil flush to remove the condensation from the crankcase, I figured I'd at least try to start it up. The fuel pump is bad, the muffler is still full of oil (from being upside down for who knows how long), and all the sheet metal is being re-painted, but it fired up like a charm. PS the smoke is mostly from the oil that's still stuck in the exhaust headers and muffler. The rest is most likely from the degreaser residue in the upper cylinders.

How to Cut Your Stops to increase Your Profits

Trade size is an foremost factor in your trading performance.Typically a division of your asset size is selected with 1 to 2 % of total equity representing the highest to avoid weighty drawdowns. Setting a loss per trade for your trades is very foremost but it is just the starting of the story. How to analyze stops can make or break your trading performance. Some traders use a volatility filter or chart analysis. They both can play a role but don't ignore the most certain source of stop analysis. Past trades can be a goldmine of necessary information.

Analyzing your past trades can lead to immediate rewards in best performance. The first step is to collect the information. The easiest method is to keep the bar data for the length of the trade. From this data we can pull out the trade carrying out parameters. The most foremost involve time and price. The price data yields the extremes of profitability. The maximum profitability is called the maximum suitable excursion(Mfe). The maximum unprofitrablilty is the maximum adverse excursion(Mae). Creating an excel database of these parameters can help in whole theory performance.

Oil Filter Chart

The Mae is the most foremost factor in the stop prognosis process. The first step is to isolate the winning trades from the losing trades. This will yield the goldmine. Winning trades will have a much lower average Mae than the losing trades. This may not seem that important. But,one of your goals in trading is to maximize winners and cut losses. Find the maximum Mae of the winners. For example, my escape theory in the crude oil has a max Mae of 50 cents. My average loss was 75 cents. I can now use this parameter to set my stop. I can lower my stop to this new parameter. Placing a stop 50 cents away from my entry will not result my winning trades but will lower the average loss on my losing trades. My average loss will go down to the new stop loss of 50 cents. This has raised my winning expectancy by lowering my average loss while maintaining my winning trade percentage. It will lead to lower drawdowns as well.

How to Cut Your Stops to increase Your Profits

Analyzing past trade carrying out is the first step in enhancing your trading results. The results can be dramatic. All the time strive to lower average losses and raise winning division and average wins. These factors resolve your net profitability.

choosing the Right Oil Filter Line for Your Automotive business

Oil Filter Comparison, what do you know about oil filters? Are you aware of the difference between one and two stage filters? What makes one filter good than another? Is it the Brand Name, style, size, color, engineering? Ever wonder the who what, why, when and where about filters? Here is a photograph of some of the types of filters and companies, which make them;

Oil Filter Chart

One of the best comparison studies we have found is this one:

choosing the Right Oil Filter Line for Your Automotive business

http://www.shoclub.com/lubrication-oil/lubrication-oilpart1.htm

Part three is a very keen section. Discussing the significance of particulate matter. This is a good study and discusses primarily the best filter in terms of Ford Cars, mostly high execution and the study is an excellent work. If you look intimately at this study you will see the differences in choices by a study, which is primarily concerned in the execution of a Zr-1.

http://www.zr1specialist.com/Hat%20Web/articles/an_lt5_filter_comparison.htm

What most habitancy fail to understand is that a filter is nearly as important as the choice of oil itself. Having owned many Turbo expensed cars, cars with blowers and discrete other components many of which use the motor oil to lubricate the rest of the components, which run at much faster Rpm and generate much more heat than the motor itself I can appreciate this study which discusses the Trans Am Turbo. Big motor with Turbo, much different needs. If you want to get technical you will find very fast that liars shape and figures lie. But racing professionals agree to disagree, all understand the significance, but when it comes to the figures, different numbers in charts, graphs and figures mean different things to other people. In my study of these studies I have left out those who do not admit that all data is up for interpretation, presume and opinion. Even if they are so convinced themselves they would swear by their findings. Jaime Salinas who works for Bosch is very fair in his comparison and study of studies.

Amsoil has an keen page full of charts, which is fair adequate but of policy is an example of graphs and charts to prove a point. Is artificial the way to go? They have done allinclusive studies which are posted on their website.

You decide. Oil, cars, and engines are a worldwide affair and some habitancy overseas also see things different than us. There are many keen comparisons and worthy of your reading, worthy of a ‘Google’ quest indeed. We want every person to know that we know the results and the tests and the claims and we are there for our customers. When it comes to protection, we are there for our customers, are you?

Ford MAF Sensor Cleaning

Ford MAF Sensor Cleaning Video Clips. Duration : 3.62 Mins.

FORD Mass air flow sensors are in charge of measuring the amount of air that enters the engine. The FORD Mass Air Flow sensor is a very delicate sensor. It uses two wires to measure the amount of air flowing into the engine. The two wires are heated by electricity, and the more electricity used to heat the wires, tells the ECU how much air is flowing past the sensor's heated element. Between very fine dirt and the trend towards oiled filters, it's very important to clean the FORD MAF. Cleaning the MAF has so many benefits, like reducing pinging, increasing mileage, and preventing it from burning out, saving you lots of money. There's no reason to not clean the FORD MAF sensor once every 6 months. Also clean it shortly after installing or reinstalling an oil filed air filter. You don't need many tools. You'll need a flat head screwdriver and safety Torx or Tamper Proof Torx bits. Make sure you get the size seen on screen, which is T-20. Now, it's time for an important note. Only use the electric cleaner seen here. It's ELECTRICAL CONTACT CLEANER. This is the only thing you should use to clean your MAF. Only ELECTRICAL CONTACT CLEANER. No windex, no carb cleaner, no brake cleaner, no rubbing alcohol, and absolutely no Q-Tips. See it all here on this video. Presented using advanced software CG animation technology to help you understand. Part of our Automotive Technology series shown here on this channel. Enjoy...
