The engine was tricked into thinking there is still a filter. There has been no codes and it has more power than new. cleaner oil,way better mileage. ( Truck is used for racing and offroad farm use only. Don't try this at home) August 4 update .Running better and better ,milage is off the chart good. 30%+ update,11mpg up from 6.5
